All tickets must be used on the specified date. Unused tickets are non-refundable. The provisions of the Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven) do not apply to the purchase of entrance tickets. Lost physical tickets will not be replaced.
Changing Ticket Dates
Changing the date for all tickets is possible if requested no later than 11:00 AM on the date the ticket is valid for. Please contact us at booking@vitensenteret.com or +47 72 90 90 07. Please note that emails are not always answered immediately, especially on weekends, and you may need to call to ensure your tickets are exchanged in time. You are personally responsible for making contact to ensure tickets are exchanged before the deadline.
By purchasing tickets from Vitensenteret in Trondheim, you accept these terms and conditions.
Entrance Tickets
Purchased entrance tickets are non-refundable. The provisions of the Right of Cancellation Act do not apply to the purchase of entrance tickets.
Lost physical tickets will not be replaced.
Planetarium / 360-Degree Cinema Tickets
Tickets for shows and screenings in the Planetarium or similar that are included in the entrance ticket must be collected at the reception upon arrival. Please note that seating capacity is limited.
Evening Event Tickets
Unused tickets for evening events or similar activities are non-refundable.
Discounted Tickets
When purchasing a discounted ticket (e.g., for individuals covered by corporate agreements with Vitensenteret) or reserving a ticket free of charge (such as annual pass holders or companions/carers), valid proof must be presented upon arrival. Note that only standard entrance tickets are discounted or free of charge; tickets for special events or showtimes with separate pricing may be excluded from discount agreements. The only exception is for companions/carers. Companions/carers receive free admission to all events, but these tickets cannot always be purchased online and may need to be booked via email, phone, or at the reception counter upon arrival to ensure proper accommodations for individuals with special needs. Please note that showtimes may reach full capacity.
When purchasing group-discounted tickets, all members of the group must arrive together.

You agree to accept responsibility for safeguarding your email address. You are responsible if your email address is used by an unauthorized person.
Privacy Policy
Vitensenteret in Trondheim complies with its Privacy Policy and will not share your personal information with external organizations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Each purchase is subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time the order is completed. Vitensenteret in Trondheim reserves the right to add, delete, or otherwise modify these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions prior to every booking.
Remember to double check that your ticket is in accordance with the desired date and time.
